If Blacks really want justice for Mike Brown and others, they MUST do this.

Since it has been shown repeatedly that it is almost impossible for a Black person to get criminal justice in the U.S. ( you know, unbiased access to the legal system, the right to due process , etc. ),  The only option left is civil justice.   Just as the Goldman family went after OJ on civil grounds when he was acquitted,  Blacks will have to do the same thing here. In other words " If at first you don't succeed, sue the bastards "

The only way race relations will ever improve in this country is to create a environment  that simply makes it too expensive for law enforcement and other members of the justice system to levy criminal acts based on bigotry and stereotypes.  If that means suing a person or institution into bankruptcy, then so be it . Blacks need to take all the money they will spend making signs, marching, and burning up data-minutes tweeting about how foul the system is, and pool that  money to form a dream team of lawyers whose main job it is to seek the justice for those too dead to seek it for themselves. The winning strategies are listed below: 

1) File a class-action lawsuit against the city for wrongful death on behalf of the deceased:

 Simply put, when you kill a citizen in this country (no matter how ghetto or thuggish they may look)   you  have essentially denied them their rights as guaranteed to them by the US Constitution.

3) IF ALL ELSE FAILS,  if possible, file a class-action lawsuit against the individual using the charges above.  This way
any person thinking about pursuing a career in law enforcement will think long and hard about the job before they apply. 

4) COLLECTIVELY (THIS MEANS DO THIS AS ONE, BLACK PEOPLE) boycott all business that do not contribute to community of the deceased.  With the Internet and online shopping, this one is easy.  The goal here is to starve out the local bigots and force them to do business elsewhere.


Is the above strategy perfect ? No. but I would take this plan over inhaling poisonous tear gas or losing my eye to a bean bag from a police shotgun any day.  Few might realize this, but all battles for civil rights eventually end up in the courtroom.  So as I see it, why even put up with non-sense of dealing with jack-booted ,goose-stepping, storm-troopers with their taxpayer funded military gear, when Blacks could just simply SUE THEM TO DEATH IN COURT. If Blacks do this enough times, they probably won't be liked too much, but at least they will be left alone.

GestapoNet - The Beginning of the End for the IAWNI ( Internet as We Know IT)

My Experience with the Fuhrer, uh... Facebook



This is my first official post for Gestaponet.  I had to learn the hard way that at the end of the day, the Elite (those that control the flow of money, power and information ) control everything.   Got a taste of this when Facebook showed their other face (some call it something else )  and without warning disabled my account. Here is a complaint I wrote to pissed customer dot com:


"I was a Facebook user for 3+ years. Added friends that knew me with no problems. Added suitable content with no problems. Always gave credit to other works posted that were not mine. Never friended someone I did not know or did not know me. Always joined groups by request only. Suddenly without warning, my account was disabled by them , no email, no explanation. Good thing I did not place all my eggs in this basket, as that would have really sucked. Good things there are other social media sites that protect your privacy better than them ( These folks want your personal info to re-enable your account.) I did not need to release my personal info when I signed up with them 3 years ago, so please tell me WHY ARE THEY ASKING FOR IT NOW !!!! Can't appeal as I don't know what rules I broke. Looking forward to a reply from Facebook which I probably won't get.
There are no clean words that can describe my disdain for these folks right now."

Although crude,  I am going use this blog as as way to control my content. It seems like Google might not be as Orwellian as FB when it comes to using a free and open Internet.  FB can can do whatever it wants.  Good thing I had my friends send me post via emails ( which is also on google btw ) I will be contacting  you shortly .  I could be bitter about this but these guys are not even worth my time and energy.  If you are a  user on Facebook please do the following

1) Find a way to back up your profile info and friend list ( you WILL regret it if you don't )

2) archive ALL photos and video and THEN DELETE ALL you can from their servers (do it slowly )  and link your stuff to Dropbox or other cloud account

3) If you can live w/o Facebook please do as they are asking for way too much private info claiming that your identity is safe with them.  BULLSHIT !!!
Why would I give my info to a third party for safe keeping if  I can do a better job
by not giving them anything  ?????

4) find another social media site that does have 1984 in its reading list.
